Binance Will Distribute ETH to DGD holders and Delist DGD to Support the Upcoming DGD Dissolution
Binance will support the upcoming DigixDao (DGD) dissolution initiated by the DigixDao community and will convert all DGD balances held on Binance to Ethereum (ETH), in accordance with the dissolution redemption price stated in the DGD's Medium announcement and community redemption portal.
As part of the DGD dissolution, Binance will delist DGD and halt trading on DGD/BTC and DGD/ETH trading pairs at 2020/03/27 12:00 PM (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of DGD will permanently close at 2020/03/28 12:00 PM (UTC).
The snapshot of all DGD balances held by Binance users will be taken on 2020/03/28 at 16:00 (UTC).
Binance will distribute ETH tokens to qualified DGD holders at a fixed ratio of 1 DGD = 0.193054178 ETH.
- DGD balances under 0.01 DGD (including those in trade orders) will not be eligible to receive ETH.
- DGD tokens held in sub-accounts will be combined into the corresponding master account. Sub-accounts will not separately receive any ETH tokens.
- Once ETH tokens are distributed to the respective DGD holders, each user’s DGD balance will be removed from their asset balances.
- ETH tokens will be distributed before 2020/04/04 12:00 PM UTC.
