Security audits are an important part of protocol development, but they should not be interpreted as proof that a system can never fail.

JustLend's published risk documentation identifies external audits, community review and bug bounty programmes among its security measures.

Each contributes differently. Audits examine code, community review provides another layer of scrutiny, and bug bounty programmes encourage independent researchers to report vulnerabilities.

No single measure removes every possible risk.

Users should review available security information, understand the risks of smart-contract interactions and avoid treating any DeFi protocol as risk-free.

A mature security approach recognises that protection requires continuous work.
