Fear index at 28. Most people are nervous. I get it. But I'm watching closely, almost excited. BTC barely moved today, down 0.3%. Dominance sitting at 59.2%. That tells me money is hiding in Bitcoin, not rushing to alts. I'm not clicking buy yet. I'm watching the order books. Watching how price reacts near recent lows. This is the part where patience feels like action. My heart beats a little faster when fear gets this thick. Not because I think a bounce is guaranteed. Because markets like this separate impulse from plan. I have my levels marked. I have my dry powder ready. No predictions. Just watching. Waiting for the moment fear stops driving the tape. That's what excites me. Not a green candle. The shift in behavior. Fear is high. So is my attention.
