$PUMP is ~$0.004156 at 11:00 ICT Oct 26 on Binance spot. A week ago it bounced from $0.00383 to $0.00522 (+36%). By Oct 24 it had given almost all of it back, down to $0.00406. There's no fresh catalyst. Price is back on the floor, so here is my plan.

🔥 What's moving it

• Buyback and burn: Pump.fun's own burn log shows 167.1M PUMP burned on Oct 24 for $724.7K, 51% of that day's revenue. Every day from Oct 15 to Oct 24 was between $725K and $984K. The page says $494M of PUMP has been bought back and burned so far, ~17.4% of total supply.

• But the pace is slowing. Daily buybacks were ~$1.2M in the first week of October and only ~$0.72M on Oct 24 (buyback tracker data).

• Oct 21: Pump Bridge went live as the default cross-chain route in the Pump.fun mobile app (2x faster buys, 92% fewer buy errors, per the team's internal tests).

• Oct 17: a new 0.45% platform fee on app and web trades.

Product news is steady, but the chart is following the buyback pace and the wider meme mood, not headlines.

📊 Daily (1D)

Oct 18 swept down to $0.00383 and closed back at $0.00417. The bounce closed one day back above the 1D EMA20, topped at $0.00522 (03:00 ICT Oct 22), then lost it. The next two daily candles fell -16%.

Price is under the 1D EMA20 (~$0.00475) and EMA50 (~$0.00462). The 1D EMA200 (~$0.00341) is far below, so the bigger trend since summer is still up. PUMP is ~52% under its $0.00882 ATH.

Wilder RSI(14) ~42: weak, not washed out.

⏱️ 4H

Lower highs from $0.00522 (Oct 22). The Oct 24 03:00 ICT candle dropped from $0.00444 to $0.00429 on ~1.4x average volume. Since then the candles are small and volume dried up to ~0.2–0.4x average today.

$0.00406 (Oct 24) and $0.00416 (Oct 25) are the two lows to defend. Price is under the 4H EMA20 (~$0.004387), EMA50 (~$0.00455) and EMA200 (~$0.00480).

Wilder RSI(14) ~39. Selling is slowing, but there's no reversal candle yet.

🎯 Bull / bear levels

• Bid: $0.00405–0.00416 (Oct 24–25 lows + Oct 18 daily close)

• TP1: $0.00440–0.00446 (4H EMA20 + Oct 24 breakdown level; ~1.8–2.2R from $0.004105)

• TP2: $0.00462–0.00470 (1D EMA50 + Oct 23 highs; ~3.1–3.6R)

• Out: 4H close below $0.00395 (stop $0.00394, risk ~4%)

• Bull trigger: 4H close above $0.00446 brings TP2 into play

• Bear case: lose $0.00395 and the $0.00383 wick is the last stop before $0.00339–0.00350 (mid-Sep lows). That's a new plan, not an add.

💭 My take

Price is back inside the zone, so I split bids there rather than chase a bounce. The buyback is a real bid under PUMP every day, but it's smaller than it was three weeks ago, and it didn't stop a -22% fade. So this is small size, a level trade, and I'm out on a 4H close under $0.00395. If the Oct 24 low holds again, a move back to the 4H EMA20 is reasonable.

Does the $0.00405–0.00416 floor hold, or does $PUMP go back for the $0.00383 wick first? 👇
