đ 30 DAYS OF CRYPTO EDUCATION â DAY 22/30 đ
đ„ TODAY'S LESSON: WHY A CHEAP CRYPTO COIN DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN IT'S A GOOD INVESTMENT!
Have you ever seen a cryptocurrency selling for just $0.001 and thought, "If this coin reaches $1, I'll become a millionaire!"? đ€đ°
Mate, let's learn something important today!
Imagine two cryptocurrencies:
đȘ Coin A: Price = $0.001
đȘ Coin B: Price = $100
Which one is cheaper?
Obviously, Coin A!
But does that automatically mean Coin A has more potential to grow? ABSOLUTELY NOT! đš
Here's why.
The total supply of a cryptocurrency matters.
A coin with billions or trillions of tokens may have a very large market capitalization even when its individual price looks tiny.
For example, if a coin has 1 trillion tokens in circulation and its price reaches $1, its market capitalization would be $1 trillion!
That is a huge valuation. Reaching $1 is not guaranteed simply because the current price is low.
đ§ THREE THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE BUYING A COIN:
1ïžâŁ Market Capitalization: What is the total market value of the circulating supply?
2ïžâŁ Token Supply: How many tokens exist, and how many more could enter circulation?
3ïžâŁ Real Utility: Does the project solve a real problem, or is its popularity based mainly on hype?
đĄ THE GOLDEN RULE:
Don't judge a cryptocurrency by its price alone. Study its fundamentals, supply, demand, risks, and actual use cases.
Remember: A coin priced at $0.0001 is not automatically a better opportunity than one priced at $100.
â ïž Crypto prices can rise or fall dramatically. Always research before investing, and never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
đ„ LET'S TEST YOUR CRYPTO KNOWLEDGE!
Imagine a cryptocurrency costs $0.01 today.
Do you think it will automatically become a good investment if its price drops to $0.001?
đ Comment YES or NO, and explain your answer!
Let's learn together, one day at a time. đđ
