Yesterday, Initial Jobless Claims printed at a 52-year low, which is pure manipulation. Fewer claims mean a stronger dollar and a drop to 81k. It makes no sense that jobless claims are falling while bankruptcies surge and gas prices remain high. The "poor" are the inflation airdrop, and the data is masking the real economic pain. Today, the focus is Japan CPI and US Michigan Inflation Expectations. Rising Japanese inflation forces Japan to defend the yen, weakening the dollar and supporting Bitcoin. However, the threat of Iran attacking US allies during the election period remains a major wildcard. Expect a pump on the data, followed by a dump if war headlines escalate before the weekend.
📉 Jobless Claims at 52-year low. Blatant manipulation. DXY up, BTC dumped.
🇯🇵 Japan CPI rising. Weak yen supports Bitcoin.
🌍 War fears escalate. Iran threatening US allies during elections.
💎 Strategy: Today is data-heavy with weekend war risk. Do not chase the initial pump. If you are in profit, consider taking some off the table before the US close. If you are not positioned, wait for a clear signal. Always manage risk and protect your capital ahead of next week's FOMC.
