📊 $BTC tagged $84.9K, then slipped back. Rejection or just a pause?

Bitcoin reached roughly $84,875 in the past 24 hours, its strongest level in about a week, after a local bottom near $79,732 on October 15. This morning it’s trading near $82,887.08, so the push above $84K didn’t hold.

What’s working:
🔹 XRP jumped more than 4% to about $1.38, recovering from an October low near $1.255.
🔹 BTC is still well above last week’s low.

The caution:
🔹 BTC is testing a tight technical zone near $84,277, and it’s still about 33% below its all-time high.
🔹 One analyst says buyers control the move but the market looks stretched, so the test is whether BTC holds its gains once profit-taking starts. A pullback from $84.9K to $82,887 fits that.

Levels to watch: $84K to $85K as resistance, and $82.5K as support. Holding $82.5K keeps the range intact, and a close below it would suggest the bounce is fading.
