U.S. spot $BTC ETFs recorded $526.6 million in net inflows on October 19, the largest daily inflow since September 22. BlackRock's IBIT attracted $665.2 million on its own, meaning its inflow was larger than the market-wide net figure. Other funds offset part of that amount with redemptions: Fidelity's FBTC lost $83.6 million and Grayscale's GBTC lost $54.9 million. The remaining Bitcoin funds reported no net flows. The contrast with $ETH was notable. U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs registered $103.3 million in net outflows during the same trading session, their fourth consecutive day of withdrawals. BlackRock's ETHA accounted for $95.4 million of that total. These are net fund flows for the October 19 U.S. trading session, not trading volume or a direct measure of Bitcoin and Ether purchases across all markets. The figures show that demand was concentrated in IBIT rather than evenly distributed among crypto investment products.
