The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has published a new batch of websites discovered in the third quarter illegally offering crypto assets or related services in France. The AMF has added 64 names to its list of unauthorized crypto asset websites since 2026. The AMF said the frequently updated list cannot be exhaustive. The AMF said investors can consult the regulator's whitelist to verify whether a platform is authorized to operate in France.
