BITCOIN IS BACK ABOVE $82K — BUT THERE'S A PROBLEM NOBODY SHOULD IGNORE

Bitcoin is showing signs of recovery, but I'm not convinced that price alone tells the full story.

Here's what caught my attention.

The ETF numbers are telling a different story.

US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately $228.58 million in net outflows during the week of October 12–16.

Meanwhile, $BTC was trading around $82,000.

That creates an interesting situation: the price can recover even while institutional fund flows remain under pressure.

So, what happens next?

The bullish scenario

If buyers return, ETF outflows slow, and BTC holds its recovery, the market could regain confidence.

The bearish scenario

If selling continues and buyers fail to defend the recovery, Bitcoin could revisit lower price levels.

Neither outcome is guaranteed.

Here's the metric I'm watching:

Not just whether $BTC goes up today, but whether real buying demand returns to support the move.

A green candle can attract attention. Sustained demand is what makes a recovery more convincing.

My question is simple:

Would you buy Bitcoin around $82K, or wait for stronger confirmation?

Tell me your reasoning below. I want to see what other traders are watching.
