0.017545 is the bottom of that 97% pullback and price has not been back to it since. That break of 0.020678 was small (6.2%), a quick poke and a sell-off from 0.021951. Looks like a failed breakout to me. In at 0.021488, out at 0.02346 if I'm wrong, 0.017545 if the inducement gets taken. That works out to 1:2. The stop stays where it is, I won't be moving it.
