Bitcoin Core has merged a private-broadcast privacy fix into its 32.x source branch. The 31.x backport remains open as of Oct. 8, and 31.1 is still the latest stable release.
Users who enable the feature on 31.1 still await this repair. Private broadcast is off by default; the fix removes a connection-linking risk, without guaranteeing anonymity.
