⚠️ ETH JUST CHANGED CHARACTER
If you're watching ETH today, don't focus only on the price.
Focus on why it's falling — and what needs to change before the trend changes.
📊 ETH/USDT — LIVE MARKET CHECK
ETH: ~$2,582
24H: -1.2%
24H High: ~$2,623
24H Low: ~$2,541
24H Volume: ~$17.4B
But here's what interests me most:
ETH isn't falling in isolation.
The broader crypto market has been hit by higher oil prices, rising Treasury yields and renewed rate concerns. ETH has also faced six consecutive sessions of U.S. spot ETF outflows, with about $201.9M leaving on Oct. 6 alone.
So I would NOT blindly buy this dip.
🔎 MY MAP
🟢 $2,540–$2,550 First area I'd watch for buyers.
🔴 $2,620–$2,700 Important recovery/resistance zone.
📈 BULLISH SCENARIO
If ETH reclaims $2,620 and starts holding it as support, the selling pressure may be weakening.
The next thing I'd watch is whether price can push toward $2,700.
A breakout without volume?
I wouldn't chase it.
📉 BEARISH SCENARIO
If ETH loses $2,540 and can't reclaim it, I would expect traders to start watching the next lower support zones.
That's where protecting capital becomes more important than trying to catch the bottom.
🧠 THE TRADER'S LESSON
Don't ask:
"Will ETH go up or down?"
Ask:
"What has to happen before I take the trade?"
My checklist:
Price level ✅
Candle confirmation ✅
Volume ✅
Invalidation ✅
Risk size ✅
If those aren't clear, there's no trade for me.
And remember:
A prediction is only a scenario.
The market gets the final vote.
I'm watching $2,620 very closely.
Reclaim it → ETH gets interesting.
Lose $2,540 → I become defensive.
No FOMO. No guaranteed calls.
What are you watching — ETH reclaiming $2,620 or breaking $2,540?
