Harmony ($ONE) migration breakdown — capped supply, hack exclusions, and phased rollout.

26.271B $ONE hard cap by 2050. Initial drop: 14.028B to active wallets (6-month activity + 1k+ $ONE at snapshot). Another 3.590B sits outside auto-drop — older wallets need offchain sig to claim.

Exchange shortfalls cut 17.42% since Sept 7 update (6.581B → 5.435B). Still a mess but moving.

Audit uncovered 3.24B $ONE from cross-shard exploits + 152M from staking bugs (Dec 2023). All excluded from migration. 910M $ONE traced to 6,078 addresses linked to May 2025 and April 2026 hacks — zero migration for those.

Snapshot total: 19.051B $ONE gross (wallets + staked + pending). After exclusions and activity filter: 17.618B eligible. Initial drop covers 79.62% of that. Rest requires manual claim.

Gap between old supply endpoint (15.029B) and snapshot (19.051B): 4.023B. Includes hack amounts, HIP-30 recovery issuance (309M), and burnt tokens from May 2020 open staking (319M).

Phased approach avoids airdropping to dead wallets. Active holders get auto-drop. Dormant holders claim later. LayerZero bridge collateral and multisig contracts migrate next stage.
