Majors soft, mid-caps still green — don't fade RS on autopilot.

Live Binance Markets (24h):

BTC ~83.9k (−0.2%) · ETH ~2,697 (−0.6%)

vs BNB ~769 (+0.7%) · XRP ~1.51 (+0.7%) · SOL ~119.8 (+0.4%)

Breadth read: BTC/ETH are soft-red while the next L1/mid sleeve is still printing green. That is not "everything is risk-on" — and it is not "everything is risk-off." It is a split tape.

3 checks before you size the RS sleeve:

1) Soft majors ≠ auto-fade midcaps — check which sleeve actually leads

2) Prefer pullbacks in BNB/XRP/SOL over FOMO into green candles

3) Invalidate: midcaps lose green in the same move BTC dumps harder

Rule: relative strength is a filter, not a chase signal. If leaders only look strong because majors are soft, wait for a retest.
