DeFi gives you control over your assets—but that means being careful about what you click, connect to, and sign.

1️⃣ 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠

Fake websites can look almost identical to the real thing. Verify the domain and use official project links before connecting.

2️⃣ 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬

A familiar name or logo doesn't make a token legitimate. Check the token contract address against the project's official sources.

3️⃣ 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐌𝐬 & 𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬

Unexpected tokens and random “support” messages deserve caution. Never share your seed phrase or private key.

4️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐞

Your seed phrase/private key is not a login. No legitimate dApp or support agent needs it.

5️⃣ 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

Check what you're approving, the amount, destination/contract, and whether it matches your intent.

6️⃣ 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬—𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦

STON.fi can flag certain tokens as Fake, Honeypot, or Taxable, but no interface can guarantee that every scam is detected.
