According to its social channels, @KelpDAO has filed an official lawsuit against @LayerZero and co-founder, Bryan Pellegrino, relating to the infamous exploit in April of this year.
According to a statement, the exploit was "a direct result of LayerZero’s failures - including a failure to disclose weaknesses and risks inherent in LayerZero’s own technology".
KelpDAO claims that LayerZero and Pellegrino have spent the last few months trying to blame Kelp for these failures.
