Start with the basics.

• Global liquidity

Simple framework:

Risk-on environment → crypto can benefit

Risk-off environment → crypto can face pressure

But these are relationships, not guarantees.

B) 💰 FLOWS + ON-CHAIN DATA

Watch:

📊 ETF inflows/outflows

🏦 Exchange reserves

🐋 Large transfers

🔥 Liquidations

Large long liquidations can accelerate a downside move.

Flows are useful because they help explain where capital is moving, not just where price moved.

C) 📈 TECHNICAL STRUCTURE

You don't need 20 indicators.

Start with:

Trend

Higher highs + higher lows = stronger bullish structure.

Lower highs + lower lows = weaker/bearish structure.

Support & resistance

Where did price repeatedly react before?

The important question isn't:

“Is BTC green?”

It's:

“What is price doing around important levels?”
