I’m bullish on AI stocks, but I think the next phase will be about proving that massive AI spending can keep turning into real revenue.
NVIDIA’s latest results show how strong the demand remains. The company reported $96.2 billion in quarterly revenue, up 106% year over year, while Data Center revenue reached $89 billion, up 117%.
What interests me most is not just the stock price. It is the amount of computing power companies are willing to buy to build and run AI systems. That tells me AI demand is still expanding beyond simple hype.
At the same time, rising spending creates a bigger question. How long can this growth continue, and when will investors start demanding stronger returns from all this infrastructure?
For me, the AI story still has room to grow, but the market may become much more selective. Companies that can turn AI investment into sustainable revenue could matter more than companies simply using the AI label.
