ZEC is sitting at 1,140.83 right now, up a nice 7.37% today after touching a new high of 1,159.90. Looking at the bigger picture, Zcash has had an incredible year - it started off pretty quiet under 250, then suddenly exploded higher, cooled off a bit, exploded again, and just kept repeating that pattern all the way up to where it is now.

What's cool about this move is that it doesn't look like a random pump. Every time ZEC makes a big jump, it takes a breather and consolidates before making the next move - that's usually a sign of real buying interest, not just hype. The numbers back this up too: ZEC is up 116% in the last 90 days and a huge 310% in the last 180 days. That's serious sustained strength.

Now, the big question - can it hit $2,000? From here, that's roughly a 75% move up, which honestly isn't even the biggest jump ZEC has made this cycle. If it keeps holding above the 1,000-1,040 zone and continues this same "pump, cool off, pump again" pattern, then yeah, $1,500 first and then $2,000 later isn't unrealistic. Buyers and sellers are pretty evenly matched right now, so a little pause here wouldn't be surprising.

Just keep in mind, after such a fast move, a pullback toward 900–950 wouldn't be shocking either. But overall, the trend is strong, and $2,000 is a realistic target if ZEC stays patient and keeps following this pattern.
