I’ve been checking out Battle Town recently, and the tournament side is probably what interests me most.
The game is built around 1v1 and 2v2 tank battles, so there’s already a competitive element to it.
What makes it more interesting is that there are planned official tournaments with $BTOWN rewards.
That changes the feeling a bit.
You’re not just playing a match and moving on. There’s an actual reason to improve, compete and come back.
And because the NFT tanks are cosmetic in ranked mode, you’re not simply paying for a stronger setup.
For me, that’s a much better foundation for a Web3 game.
I’m still testing it out, but I can already see why the competitive side could become interesting once more players are in.
