#grvt APY should be read with yield sources and terms

The APY number is always easy to attract attention, but users should ask three questions before participating: where is the yield coming from, what balances are eligible, and what risk is being transferred to you? With Earn on Equity, GRVT aims to pay interest on USDT that remains in Funding or Trading Account, helping capital waiting for transactions not completely stand still.

According to the current information published by GRVT for the program effective from July 14, 2026, the basic rate is 3.5% APY, accumulated daily and paid weekly. Qualified users can receive additional referral rewards, but there are cyclical limits. GRVT also describes their yield layer starting with DeFi protocols like Aave.

This creates capital efficiency, but should not be equated with insured bank deposits. There is still smart-contract risk, stablecoin risk, changing terms and transaction risk if the balance is also used as margin. APY is the annualized rate, not the profit received immediately, and the actual level needs to be compared on the official site at the time of use.

I will not choose a platform just because of its high APY. I'm more interested in how the yield is generated, withdrawal possibilities, transparency levels, and whether the rewards encourage me to accept excessive leverage.
