đŸ”» $BTC Nears $78K, $ETH Slides Toward $2,200 as $2.5B Binance Outflow Claim Spreads Three checks separate a rumor from a run. Posts on X are circulating claims of roughly $2.5 billion leaving Binance, and some hint at a hack. That figure does not appear in any public report or dashboard I could find, and as of Thursday evening there was no official incident notice. One write-up on a related claim, that funds are landing in fresh wallets seeded through Tornado Cash, says public on-chain data does not confirm the link. What can be checked is smaller. The same research puts Binance’s net outflows at about $3.5 billion for all of 2026, and one live Coinglass reading showed a net outflow of $33.4 million over an hour: tens of millions, not billions. The market move has a simpler candidate. $BTC slipped from above $81,700 to about $79,800 on Thursday as Nasdaq futures fell 1.4% after a tech earnings disappointment. Liquidations ran between $356 million and $374 million over 24 hours, about 58% of them longs, less than half the $815 million recorded on Saturday. This script has played out before. In February, claims of $10 billion to $17 billion in weekly withdrawals were dismissed by Binance as faulty third-party data. Scale matters too: in early July, a $1.23 billion weekly outflow was about 0.3% of the assets DefiLlama tracked on the exchange. What would change the read: an official incident notice, delayed withdrawals, a stablecoin depeg, or the same flows showing up in more than one independent tracker. Until then, the number is a claim, not a data point. #BTC Price Analysis# #Binance #Bitcoin Price Prediction: What is Bitcoins next move?#
