$BTC Pre-FOMC structure is getting interesting
Bitcoin is pushing slightly higher, but the $79.2K weekend low is still untouched.
Last FOMC, we had a similar range with messy lows. Price held them and ripped higher after the release.
The difference? That was a strong Tuesday low. This time, we’re dealing with a weekend low.
We’ve also got a 4H imbalance around the $80.1K weekly open that could hold if BTC wants to leave the lows intact.
Personally, I’d prefer a sweep of $79.2K first. More SSL to mitigate before any potential move higher.
But that’s just my preference. We don’t predict, we react.
I’ll wait for the market to show its hand before executing.
Short POIs remain unchanged from yesterday. If we get a post-FOMC pump, though, I’m being extra careful with shorts. Trend is still up, so triggers first, entries second.
Upside targets remain $82K BSL, followed by $85K and $87K.
Let’s see what the news brings. No need to rush into this one.
