The more I explore Kite, the more I realize that the future of AI agents is not just about making them smarter. It is also about helping them work together in a reliable and secure way.
One thing that caught my attention is Kite’s Agent Interface and its approach to connecting agents with different tools, frameworks, and services. Instead of working in isolation, agents could discover available capabilities, combine them, and execute workflows across different environments.
Imagine an AI agent that can understand a task, find the right tools, and coordinate several steps without requiring users to manage every single action manually. That could make automation much more practical and accessible.
But there is something important we should not overlook.
When agents start interacting with multiple platforms, trust becomes a serious challenge. How can an agent determine whether a service is reliable? How should permissions work when different tools are involved? And if something goes wrong during a workflow, will users have enough visibility to understand what happened?
I believe these questions deserve as much attention as the technology itself.
A powerful agent should not simply execute tasks quickly. It should also operate within clear boundaries, respect user permissions, and provide enough transparency for people to remain in control.
For me, the real opportunity lies in building an agent economy where interoperability and security develop together rather than competing with each other.
Kite’s approach to agent coordination is an interesting area to follow, and I’m looking forward to seeing how these ideas evolve in practice.
What do you think matters most for autonomous agents to succeed: seamless coordination, verifiable trust, or user control?
