Predict Sets 1 Billion Token Supply and 70 Million Tokens for First-Season Airdrop
Foresight News posted on X (formerly Twitter) that Predict Protocol’s native token, PREDICT, will have a total supply of 1 billion. The allocation includes 51.95% for the ecosystem and community, 26.05% for early supporters, 10% for core contributors, 8% for the treasury and 4% for liquidity.
At the token generation event, 16% of the total supply will be unlocked. Tokens allocated to core contributors and early supporters will remain locked at that time, followed by a 24-month lockup and monthly releases over the subsequent 36 months. All tokens are scheduled to unlock within five years.
The first-season airdrop will distribute 70 million PREDICT, or 7% of the total supply. Users can claim 35% immediately or lock their allocation for 12 months to claim the full amount. The claim date and final results for Season 1 Predict Points are expected to be announced within the next 24 hours.
