Today, October 27, Binance stops trading 22 tokens for users in Brazil, as part of its move to comply with Central Bank rules in the country. The list includes XVG, USDE, USTC, ZIL, GMT, ONE, RVN and others.
This is a regional change, not a global delisting. Trading elsewhere is unaffected, and Brazilian users keep access to their balances for withdrawal or management through services that remain available.
Eight services are also restricted from today, including Loans, Margin, Launchpool, Megadrop and HODLer Airdrops. Existing positions generally move to close only, with no new positions allowed.
The key watch is whether any selling pressure shows up in the affected names today, or whether the market treats this as a contained compliance event. A migration deadline for Brazilian accounts follows on October 29, with new checks on international transfers from November 1.
