These three coins have very different purposes. This article covers what each one is, how its token works, and its main risks.

1. CHIP (USD.AI)

What is it? CHIP is the governance token of USD.AI, a lending protocol that channels onchain liquidity into AI infrastructure. It finances GPUs and other hard assets through tokenized documents of title.

How it works. The protocol uses two tokens. USDai is a stablecoin pegged to $1 and backed by U.S. Treasuries. A second, yield-bearing token (sUSDai) is for yield. CHIP holders vote on protocol parameters such as collateral standards and interest rate models.

Tokenomics:

  • Total supply is fixed at 10 billion CHIP.

  • About 2 billion (20%) are in circulation.

  • The USD.AI Foundation and the CHIP token were announced on January 27, 2026.

  • Investor and contributor tokens begin unlocking in April 2027, monthly over 36 months. This covers 80% of total supply.

Price. CHIP hit an all-time high of about $0.14 on April 23, 2026, then fell sharply. One source showed it roughly 78% below that peak.

Recent news. In August 2026, the Bullish exchange announced it would list sUSDai, backed by a market-making program.

Risks:

  • Yield goes to sUSDai holders, not CHIP holders, so CHIP’s value depends on how much governance matters as adoption grows.

  • DefiLlama listed no direct revenue share such as dividends for CHIP holders. Another analysis mentioned buybacks, so sources conflict. Check this yourself.

  • The bear case is that demand from AI borrowers is unproven.

  • The large unlocks from 2027 could pressure the price through added supply.

2. BEAMX (Beam)

A clarification first. There are two projects called “Beam.” One is an older privacy coin built on the MimbleWimble protocol. The other is a gaming network from the Merit Circle DAO. This article covers the gaming Beam. If you meant the privacy coin, let me know.

What is it? BEAM is the native token of the Beam network, a gaming network powered by the Merit Circle DAO and aimed at Web3 gaming.

What the token does:

  • Gas token for network transactions.

  • Governance and staking rewards.

  • Medium of exchange in marketplaces.

History. The project was formerly Merit Circle. The old MC token was converted to BEAM at a 1:100 ratio. BEAM’s supply is not capped, so new tokens can be minted.

Price. MEXC data shows an all-time high of about $0.044 and an all-time low of about $0.0025. Other sources show the price around a fraction of a cent. Check a live exchange for the current price.

Risks:

  • A gaming network’s value often depends on its flagship games. If they fail to attract players, demand for the gas token may fall.

  • Smaller gaming tokens can have thin liquidity and slippage.

  • An uncapped supply means dilution risk.

3. PARTI (Particle Network)

What is it? Particle Network is a modular Layer-1 blockchain meant to unify users and liquidity across chains. Its best-known feature is Universal Accounts, which spares users from managing a separate account or native coin for each chain.

What PARTI does. PARTI is the central token of Particle Chain, a proof-of-stake network. Validators and nodes need it, it pays fees on the chain, and it is the network’s sole governance token.

Tokenomics:

  • Total supply is 1 billion PARTI.

  • Sources I saw showed roughly 440 million in circulation.

  • The foundation reserve is 15% and advisors hold 5%.

Listing. PARTI debuted on KuCoin in March 2025 and later listed on MEXC and other exchanges.

Price. KuCoin shows an all-time high of about $0.43, with the price more than 76% below it. Sources show prices between roughly 3 and 10 cents on different dates, so check a live price.

Risks:

  • Many Layer-1 and interoperability projects compete for the same users.

  • The price is far below its peak, so volatility is high.

  • One source I found had no unlock schedule details, so read the official tokenomics to understand future supply.

Final note

All three tokens are far below their peaks and very volatile. This article is for information only and is not financial advice. Before investing, check the official website, whitepaper and live data, and only risk money you can afford to lose.

I can also put this into a Word or doc file, or write a deeper article on any one coin.
