🚨 Aviva Investors just put a money market fund on the XRP Ledger
One of the UK's big asset managers has launched a tokenised share class of its US Dollar Liquidity Fund on $XRP Ledger (XRPL), in partnership with Ripple.

• It is Aviva's first tokenised fund
• The Central Bank of Ireland approved it, which Aviva calls a regulatory first for tokenised fund structures
• Investors get the same objective, risk profile and daily liquidity as the traditional fund
• Eligible investors can access it through a digital wallet
• BNY Mellon, Komainu and Licuido are involved in custody and tokenisation
Traditional finance is no longer only testing tokenisation. Regulated funds are going on-chain.
The $XRP Ledger is also picking up more real-world assets, after abrdn's USD Liquidity Fund was tokenised there in 2024.
