Something unusual happened in the Bitcoin market on October 22...
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw around $635.6M in net outflows, their biggest daily withdrawal since June 25. BlackRockâs IBIT lost $254.1M while Fidelityâs FBTC saw another $217.5M leave the fund... together, thatâs roughly 74% of the total outflows
And this happened while Bitcoin was trading around $81K to $82K, with weak stocks and rising oil prices adding pressure to the market...
But hereâs the interesting part â
Reports also pointed to 9,458 $BTC worth around $771.5M moving from Wintermute to 40 newly created wallets since October 1... some see it as accumulation, but wallet transfers alone donât confirm that someone is buying
So ETF money is flowing out while large amounts of BTC are moving around the market...
The real question is whether this is a warning sign or just another shakeout before the next move â
