The Ukrainian government has established a Coordination Center for Reservation and reduced the maximum limit for mobilization deferments in the energy and defense sectors to 95%.

Central executive authorities and regional military administrations are required to review sectoral and regional criticality criteria within 10 days after the changes take effect.

The government clarified that the revision of these criteria does not imply an automatic review of the criticality status for all enterprises.
