đš Ethereum just hit the brakes. đ
The Glamsterdam upgrade was supposed to hit the Hoodi testnet on October 26.
Not anymore.
Developers spotted potential issues with how the new gas rules interact with existing smart contracts.
So they postponed the test. No new date yet.
Honestly, Iâd rather see developers delay an upgrade than rush it and discover the bugs afterward. đ
Thatâs what testnets are for, right?
