⚠️ ALERT: ZachXBT is urging CoinDCX users to withdraw their funds following a reported $16M loss that the exchange initially denied.
CoinDCX’s co-founder previously said the wallets were “not breached” and asked users not to “spread rumours.”
ZachXBT later claimed that an address CoinDCX described as old was still sending user deposits to its current hot wallet as recently as May 2026.
Hours later, CoinDCX acknowledged that a failed sweeping process involving compromised addresses had resulted in “operational losses.”
CoinDCX says it absorbed the losses and that users’ funds “remain completely safe.”
ZachXBT has strongly criticized the response, alleging the founders either “straight up lied” or were “negligently incompetent.”
The incident also comes after the $44M CoinDCX hack reported in July 2025.
⚠️ The key issue now is transparency: users deserve clear answers, verifiable evidence, and full clarity on how their funds are protected.
