30,221 $BTC , One potential merger and I don’t think the Bitcoin part is getting enough attention. SpaceX reportedly holds 18,712 BTC, while Tesla holds 11,509 BTC. Separately, that’s interesting but Together, it becomes a much bigger question.
If Tesla and #SpaceX actually merge, those holdings could end up under one corporate structure, roughly 30K BTC without either company needing to buy another Bitcoin.
And that’s where my curiosity kicks in. Are we looking at two companies that just happen to hold Bitcoin? Or could a combined company eventually treat that BTC as part of a much bigger treasury strategy?
Why? Because the merger itself is no longer just X speculation. Both companies have formed independent committees to explore it, although there’s still no agreed deal or guarantee that it happens. I also wouldn’t overreact to the 30K number.
A merger doesn’t magically create 30K new BTC demand. The coins already exist. What changes is who controls the balance sheet holding them. And honestly, that’s the part I’m watching.
30K BTC is interesting. What they eventually decide to do with it could be even more interesting. Treasury strategy or coincidence?
