Main Takeaways
bStocks are tokenized securities, BEP-20 tokens on BNB Smart Chain giving 1:1 price exposure to a real, U.S.-listed stock, held in a regulated custodian account.
Users can buy and sell bStocks with USDT 24/7, with zero-fee 1:1 conversion to the underlying share.
bStocks do not have voting rights, and dividends auto-reinvest via the Multiplier rather than pay cash.

Can I Buy Tokenized Stocks with USDT on Binance?
Binance supports buying tokenized securities, known as bStocks, with USDT. There are three ways you can buy bStocks.
Buy bStocks directly on Spot with USDT. Trade bStocks on Binance Spot the same way you would with any other digital asset. The minimum order value is 5 USDT.
Buy the stock, then convert to bStocks 1:1. Buy the underlying stock using USDC, USDT, U, BNB, or USD1, then convert it to the corresponding bStock at a 1:1 rate. The minimum order size is $5.
Buy bStocks using Binance Convert. Convert directly into bStocks with a minimum order size of $0.1.
bStocks trade 24/7, including weekends and holidays. bStocks held in your Binance account can be withdrawn to a compatible external wallet or converted 1:1 to the underlying real share at any time.
Trading bStocks on Spot follows Binance's standard trading fees, which are tiered by VIP level. You can see the current rates on the Binance trading fee page. Direct stock trades (method 2) carry a minimum fee of $0.17, or 5 bps (0.05%) on orders above $340.
Tokenized Stocks vs. Tokenized Securities
While similar, there are slight differences. A tokenized stock is one kind of tokenized security; specifically, one representing a single company's equity. "Tokenized security" is the broader category: any traditional financial instrument (equities, funds, ETFs, bonds) represented on-chain as a token.

How to Buy bStocks with Stablecoins on Binance
Open Binance Spot and find the bStock pair, e.g. TSLAB/USDT.
Place your order for the bStock (or buy the direct stock first, then tokenize).
Convert (optional). To switch between a bStock and the underlying share, go to Wallet → select the stock → [Token Conversion].
Self-custody (optional). Withdraw the bStock to a compatible BNB Smart Chain wallet for DeFi use.
Are bStocks Safe and Legal?
bStocks are tokenized securities issued as BEP-20 tokens on BNB Smart Chain. Each bStock represents 1:1 price exposure to a real share of a U.S.-listed stock. The underlying share is held in a regulated custodian account, which can be verified through Binance’s Proof of Collateral page. Token holders have the right to convert the bStocks at 1:1 to the underlying share on Binance.
bStocks are issued by BTECH Holdings, an ADGM special purpose vehicle (SPV), and regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).
