In my previous analyses, I’ve always touched on the same point. The slow short strategy works with coins like this. Why? Because there’s no tangible, realistic reason behind their rise.
The vast majority are pumped after a major token unlock or a period of extremely low trading volume, with the price being driven up by a handful of players.
Looking at the outcome, whilst it’s true that spotting the top is difficult, as I’ve said, for someone who enters a slow short position at the right time, it means a 50 per cent drop from the peak.
This equates to an average profit of around 30 per cent. In my view, the chance of losing money in the slow short market is very low for someone who sets their leverage correctly.
