Can you verify Rayls' revenue and $RLS burns yourself? I traced every treasury transaction on Ethereum.
Short answer: partly, and what you can check holds up.
- Burn total is exact: 58,527,173.39 RLS burnt = 10B minus the contract's live totalSupply.
- The 50/50 split is real: 5 treasury payouts, each sent as two identical amounts (22,068,838.59 RLS per side).
- 62% of the burn is scheduled, not usage: before every burn, a separate wallet adds ~7.29M RLS, which equals 10% of the Foundation's monthly vesting (3.5B / 48 x 10%). Only 37.7% comes from fees.
- The validator half (22.07M RLS, ~$41K) has never left its wallet.
- About $85K of the portal's $108K in "fees passed back" shows up onchain. ~$23K is still unaccounted for.
What can't be checked: the $1.51M private-chain revenue figure. Only the Foundation's 7.1% share ever reaches Ethereum.
Takeaway: Rayls is auditable, but not automatic. Every burn is a manual multisig transaction, and anyone can verify it on Ethereum.
