$615M ETF OUTFLOWS BUT BIG BITCOIN WALLETS ARE BUYING?

$BTC ETFs have recorded around $615M in net outflows this October, according to the figures shared from Farside. Across 12 trading days, 6 were red and 6 green, but the outflow days hit harder.

October 7 was the worst, with roughly $485M leaving. Fidelity’s FBTC saw around $472M in outflows, while ARKB lost $215M.

Meanwhile, BlackRock’s IBIT recorded $190M in inflows.
But here’s the interesting part: Santiment data reportedly shows wallets holding 10–10,000 BTC accumulated around 86,700 BTC in the three weeks leading into early October.

ETF flows look weak, while large on-chain wallets appear to be accumulating.

If FBTC outflows continue while IBIT holds up, this could point to rotation between products rather than a broad institutional exit. Still, ETF flows and wallet activity don’t tell the whole market story.
