Been watching $KITE as a casual trader – it’s weird. Everyone’s hyping the Binance tie-in, but I see almost no volume. The price is inching along ($0.11) with tiny daily trades. Meanwhile official posts tout big partners and events, yet on-chain activity is basically flat.

Under the hood, tokenomics feel unconventional: modules (partners) must lock KITE into liquidity pools to activate, with no withdrawals allowed. That rips most supply out of circulation. On top of that, staking rewards sit in a piggy bank – claim them early and you forfeit all future drops, basically encouraging HODL. Even fees from AI services get sold for KITE and added to the locked-up pool. In short, hardly any of the 10B tokens are truly free-floating…

This matters long-term because if autonomous agents really start transacting, each transaction will pull more tokens off-market as fees. The protocol is built so usage = buy pressure, not inflation. Yet most traders see only the hype and miss that feedback loop. In today’s muted crypto climate, KITE looks underappreciated: real usage (not pump talk) will drive its value.

For now I’m treating this as a long-term protocol bet, not a quick trade. It’s a bit contrarian, but I’m watching actual agent adoption more than the chart. I suspect many misunderstand KITE by focusing on surface partnerships, when the real story is its agent-payment infrastructure and lock-up mechanics. As one community commentator noted, Kite basically gives each AI agent a cryptographically enforced “credit card” and pays out only on SLA completion — the kind of detail investors seem to miss.
