Down ~24% from the $1.29 Sep 27 high, with lower highs all October: $1.26 → $1.14 → $1.06. Now ~$0.988 (-2.3% 24h), just above the EMA50 (~$0.981). This morning's sweep to $0.953 got bought.
News: Samsung Wallet USDC transfers are expected from late Oct (Sui and Solana). Sui Foundation is putting $30M into DATA Network, which is moving to Sui. Price kept fading anyway.

My plan:
🟢 Bid $0.970–0.981 (add $0.953–0.959)
🎯 TP1 $1.014–1.025 / TP2 $1.050–1.0615
🔴 Out on a 4H close below $0.950
RR from ~$0.976: ~1.4–1.8R to TP1, ~2.7–3.1R to TP2.
4H is still under EMA20/50. A 4H close above $1.025 is the first sign buyers are back. Not chasing.
