Bittensor's Null upgrade (Subtensor v475, live opt-in since ~Oct 7) lets subnets scale UID capacity from 256 up to 2,500. Highest-stake UID alone sets miner weights. Yuma stays the default. Finney snapshot Oct 15: 3 subnets already on Null, including subnet 120 with 331 UIDs.
