đš CPI IS OUT. Now the trade needs confirmation.
September U.S. CPI, released October 14:
âą Headline: +3.7% year over year.
âą Monthly: +0.6%, seasonally adjusted.
âą Core: +2.6% year over year; +0.3% monthly.
These are reported resultsânot the old 3.6% forecast in circulating screenshots.
My post-release checklist:
1ïžâŁ Mark the high and low of the first completed hour after the release on your own chart.
2ïžâŁ Wait for a completed hourly close outside that range.
3ïžâŁ Watch the retest. A move straight back inside weakens the breakout.
For $BTC, I would assess a long only after an upside retest holds, with an exit below the retest low. If the next resistance leaves too little room after fees, skip it.
This is a conditional framework, not a claim that a signal has triggered.
What matters more on your chart now: the headline or the retest?
