Unpopular opinion: you don’t have a strategy problem. You have a boredom problem. 🧠
Be honest. How many of your losing trades came from a plan, and how many from “nothing is happening, let me just open something”?

Here’s what I noticed after looking at my own trade history:
❌ My worst trades were never the “wrong coin.”
❌ They were the ones I opened with no level, no stop, no reason, just because the chart was moving and I wasn’t.
❌ My best months were the ones where I traded LESS.
The uncomfortable truth: the market pays patience and charges for impatience. Every random entry is a small tax on your boredom.
What I do now:
🔹 No level = no trade
🔹 Max 2–3 setups per week
🔹 If I feel the urge to “just do something”, I close the app for an hour
Boring accounts grow. Exciting accounts get liquidated.
