You’ve made your bank transfer, but your Binance Bahrain balance hasn’t updated yet.

Before worrying, here’s what you can do. 👇

🔎 1. Check your bank transfer

Confirm the transaction status with your bank and keep your payment confirmation.

🧾 2. Gather your transaction details

You’ll need information such as the deposit currency, amount, transfer date, payment method, and transaction ID if available.

📄 3. Keep your payment certificate ready

Binance may request a payment certificate containing your account and transfer details when investigating a missing deposit.

🆘 4. Submit an appeal

If your fiat deposit hasn’t arrived, log in to Binance Bahrain’s official Help Center and select Fiat Deposit Not Arrived Appeal.

You can also check your fiat order history for the relevant deposit and follow the available appeal instructions.

Don’t submit another transfer just because the first one hasn’t appeared. Check its status first. 💛
