🔻 Why AVAX is on watch:
The recovery from $9.757 has been a staircase of higher lows, and the breakout candle near $10.50 to $10.80 came on strong green volume. The $10.70 to $10.78 zone is where that breakout began, so it should act as support on a retest. Price ($10.887) has dipped under the 7 MA ($10.966) and the 25 MA ($10.926), but this looks like a pullback rather than a reversal. The pullback candles are small, and the volume is fading. The 99 MA ($10.486) has turned up and sits well below price, so it gives a clear invalidation area and a floor for buyers. The first resistance is the recent high near $11.10, then the bigger swing high at $11.726 as the main upside target if momentum returns. A 1H close back above the 25 MA ($10.926) would show buyers are in control again.
⚠️ AVAX is still below the $11.726 high, so this is a pullback trade inside a recovery, not a confirmed trend reversal. If price closes below $10.580 and loses the breakout base, the setup is invalid. Don’t chase if price doesn’t pull back into the entry zone, and respect the stop.
