Last time, I told you I was shorting $ETH around $2,400, and the trade moved strongly in our favor. Since then, Ethereum has started building a different structure, so now Iâm watching the next move instead of blindly staying bearish.
The key level for me now is $2,860.
If ETH reclaims $2,860 and holds above it, Iâd consider the structure bullish again. From there, Iâm looking for a move toward $3,200, then potentially $4,000+ if momentum continues.
But if ETH gets rejected around the current area and loses momentum, I still expect a pullback toward $2,100.
$2,100 is the important level for me. Thatâs around the upper part of the weekly accumulation zone shown on the chart. If ETH comes back there and holds, thatâs where Iâd be much more interested in buying rather than chasing at $2,500+.
