Ethereum ETFs Extend Outflows to Nine Consecutive Days

Spot Ethereum ETFs in the US recorded nine consecutive days of net outflows, with approximately $697.2 million leaving the funds over that period.

From October 5 to 9, weekly outflows reached $542.2 million. BlackRock’s ETHA accounted for roughly $477 million in withdrawals, making it the largest contributor to the weekly decline.

October 6 was the toughest session, with $201.9 million in net outflows. Although withdrawals slowed toward the end of the week, investors continued pulling money from Ethereum ETFs.

Bitcoin ETFs also saw $681.1 million in weekly outflows, suggesting that institutional investment products across major crypto assets faced broader pressure.

The key question now is whether these outflows will continue or begin to reverse. ETF flows do not tell the whole story of Ethereum demand, but another stretch of negative flows could weigh on market sentiment.

For now, I’ll be watching whether Ethereum ETFs can return to positive net inflows in the coming sessions.
