đ A GREEN CANDLE DOESN'T MEAN A BULL MARKET.
One green candle can make traders excited. But does it mean the market is recovering?
Not necessarily. đ
A green candle simply means the price closed higher than it opened during that particular time period.
It does NOT automatically mean:
đą The downtrend is over.
đą Buyers are now in full control.
đą The price will continue rising.
Before calling it a bullish trend, look at the bigger picture:
đ 1. Market structure: Is the price forming higher highs and higher lows?
đ 2. Trading volume: Is there meaningful participation behind the move?
âł 3. Timeframes: Does the bullish signal hold up beyond a single candle?
đ 4. Resistance: Is the price approaching a level where sellers have previously stepped in?
Remember: a temporary bounce can happen even during a strong downtrend.
The real skill isn't spotting a green candle. It's understanding what the market is telling you.
đ Let's discuss: What do you check first before deciding that a market is turning bullish â volume, market structure, or support and resistance?
