Ledger says it’s investigating reports of fund losses involving Southeast Asian customers who purchased devices from a reseller called CryptoBilis.
As a precaution, Ledger has asked the reseller to suspend all Ledger device sales and shipments while the investigation continues.
Ledger’s recommendations:
Bought from CryptoBilis within the last 90 days? Don’t initialize an unconfigured device yet.
Already initialized it? Consider moving assets to a new Ledger signer with a fresh seed phrase.
