LINK has failed to hold its high-level consolidation and suffered a sharp rejection at the $13.60–$14.20 daily supply block, currently trading around $13.165. For me, the key is whether sellers can maintain control below this resistance zone following the breakdown.
I’m looking for a clean leg lower while LINK stays below the $14.128 resistance line. A continued decline from this region could open the path toward $11.800 first, followed by $10.500, and eventually the primary marked target around $9.276.
After a distribution move off the local peak like this, I’m definitely not treating it like a free-money trade 😅. Volatility can be brutal, so I’d rather manage position size and respect risk instead of chasing with oversized leverage.
As long as the key supply zone holds, my bias stays bearish. Above $14.128, the setup is invalidated for me.
